If you’d like to cancel your membership at 3GldScr.com please contact our Customer Service Representatives at (866) 358-2127 during the following hours:

Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 8 PM EST
Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM EST
Sunday: 1 PM - 6 PM EST

When you call, we ask that you have your Member ID, first & last name, and address you used when you signed up ready. This will help make the process as quick & easy as possible. Once your membership has been cancelled by our Customer Service Representatives you will not see any future charges.

The only way to cancel your membership is to call into our Customer Service Representatives. However, if you live in California, you may have other cancelling options available in the customer portal (which you can see by signing in). Once your account in cancelled, we cannot refund or offer any prorated refunds.

Absolutely! Our site uses the most up-to-date security measures to protect your sensitive information. One way to ensure our site is safe is by noticing we have a “s” after “http” on the very beginning of our website. We also use 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) technology to make sure our site is extra secure.

Now that you’ve signed up through our site you should be directed to our member portal page right away. In our member portal you can see your benefits, find your account information like login credentials and more. If you’d like more information (like your member id), be sure to check out the welcome email you received.

If you have completed the signup process you should have received your welcome email within 24 hours. Sometimes the emails can end up in your junk/spam folder though, so we recommend checking there first. We also suggest you add noreply@3gldscr.com to ensure you receive future emails from us. Please call us if you are unable to find your welcome email.
