To cancel your membership, you may do so at any time by contacting our Customer Service Representatives at (866) 358-2127. We are available to assist you everyday at the following times:

Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 8 PM EST
Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM EST
Sunday: 1 PM - 6 PM EST

Please have your membership information (Member ID, first & last name, and address used to sign up) ready when calling to ensure a smooth experience. After cancelling your membership there will be no future charges.

You may only terminate/cancel your membership by calling a Customer Service representative. Customers who are California residents, and where otherwise required by law, will have other options for cancelling which are detailed in the customer portal, and can be accessed by signing in to your customer account. Upon cancellation of your membership, we are not able to offer any refunds or prorated refunds.

It is! We know that the information you provide to our site (and any site) is extremely sensitive. That’s why we use the latest and most up to date security measures available to protect your information. Many of you may know if there is a “s” after “http” on the beginning of website you can trust it’s safe, please notice ours has the comforting “s”. Our site is also encrypted using 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) technology.

Once you complete the enrollment process, you’ll be automatically directed to our member portal page. Then you can use the member dashboard to easily navigate between your benefits. You can find your login credentials and additional membership information in your welcome email. The welcome email also contains other important information about your account such as your member id.

Your welcome email is sent within 24 hours of your sign-up. If you haven’t received your email within that time frame, check your spam/junk folder. You should also add noreply@3gldscr.com to make sure you are receiving our emails. And if you still haven’t received your welcome email, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help you.
