How can I request a credit report?

Consumers can request a free credit report every 12 months at This includes a free credit report from each of the 3 national credit bureaus, however this will not give you access to any of your credit scores.

How can I check my credit scores?

There are different types of credit scores, and each credit bureau reports based on the information that creditors report, so these scores may vary from bureau to bureau.

If you are interested in finding out your credit scores from the top national bureaus, such as Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian, you have a few options. You can request them from the individual bureaus sites for a fee, or use a benefits program like where you get unlimited monthly access to both your credit scores and reports from all 3 national bureaus.

What is on my bank statement?

When you enroll in your 7 day trial you will see appear on your bank statement. After your trial has ended, and every month after you remain an active member, you will see show up with your monthly membership charge. If you have questions about a charge, or believe that you have been charged in error, please contact a customer service representative right away. Our amazing team will work with you to get to the bottom of it.
